In accordance with Ixtapa's Consolidation Strategy, it became necessary to establish mobile home products and services that would diversify the tourism offer of this development. To that end, FONATUR decided to address the segment of the market consisting of visitors arriving in recreational vehicles or with campers in tow,and those preferring to stay in mobile homes.

In Ixtapa, services for visitors in recreational vehicles or mobile homes appear disorganized, as Trailer Park patrons arriving to this development park at the municipal beach of Playa Linda, in uncultivated lots, in the streets of Zihuatanejo, or in public parking areas, places that lack the minimum services of a road stop for RVs or mobile homes.

Taking advantage of the existing infrastructure in the area real estate property was designated and qualified in an accord to provide service in an orderly and dignified manner.

The RV Park is located in lots 36 and 37 within the "Real Ixtapa" development, in Playa Larga, Ixtapa, Guerrero.

It has a surface area of 34, 572 square meters, which is paved with 74 lots actually equipped with electrical connectivity for power, potable water, and disposable sanitation. Furthermore, the Park avails itself of a large area for visitors desiring to camp in tents.

The RV Park also has a beautiful view of the ocean and breathtaking sunsets at dusk.

• Public lighting
• Convenient Store on site
• Laundry facilities
